Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping Policy
We offer free ground shipping on retail orders over $49 shipped within the U.S.! Free shipping also extends to territories within the continental United States including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Please allow additional time for these standard orders to ship.
Orders placed after 10 A.M. MST will be processed the following business day.
Orders placed after 10 A.M. MST on Fridays through Sundays will be processed the following Monday.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding scheduled fulfillment center closures. We do not process, ship or deliver orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
Customers will receive an email notification once your order ships. Please allow approximately 3 – 5 business days (Monday – Friday) for tracking information to update.
Subscription Order Shipping
Combined shipping of separate subscription orders is not currently available. Each individual subscription is sent to our fulfillment warehouse as a unique fulfillment request and cannot be combined with other orders. If you would like to combine or make changes to your existing subscriptions, please login to your account, cancel your existing subscription orders and set up a new subscription that contains all of the products that you would like to receive in one shipment on a regular scheduled basis.
Wholesale Shipping
Wholesale accounts are not eligible for free shipping on orders over $49. If you have a wholesale account, please see your shipping prices that are posted at the time of checkout.
International Shipping
Our international shipping partner, DHL, does not accept P.O. Box delivery addresses at this time. All international and Canadian orders require a verifiable physical shipping address. We are unable able to ship through alternate couriers at this time.
For international orders (which includes shipping to Canada), there may be COD charges based upon the destination country.
When you place an international order, your order will be shipped by DHL, but our customer support team is happy to handle your customer service needs. Please contact us at any time at customersupport@gmail.com.
International Shipping Rates
International shipping fees are calculated at the time of checkout. Packages will be delivered in 3 – 12 business days before the end of the 12th business day (Monday – Friday). Weekend delivery is not available.
International Shipping Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipping rates cover shipping charges only. Please note that duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are not included in your order amount shown at checkout. Duties and taxes may be due to the parcel carrier and requested upon delivery. These fees will be assessed by the parcel carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
International Shipping Rates
International shipping fees are calculated at the time of checkout. Packages will be delivered in 7 – 20 business days with delivery by the end of the 20th business day (Monday – Friday). Weekend delivery is not available.
Additional Considerations
Customs offices in some countries require the recipient (importer of record) to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID in order to receive the package. Countries that require an identification number include Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.
